The Jacksonville Children's Commission has partnered with GirlsTech, Inc. to provide camp seats to eligible youth who live in Duval County. Tuition is free if you attend a Duval County CEP/Title 1 school

All others: $125/week
(includes breakfast, lunch & snack)
Extended Day: $ 10/week AM or PM
$ 15/week AM & PM
Sample Daily Schedule
8:00am – 8:30am: Campers check-in between 8 and 8:30am and start the day with breakfast in the Challenger Café.
8:30am – 9:00am: All campers meet for morning announcements, icebreakers, and team-building activities.
9:00am - 11:00am: TechLabs: Campers split into groups and let the tech innovation begin!
11:00am – 12:00pm: Literacy Hour – Literacy activities such as Story and Literature Dramatizations, Book Discussion Groups and Literature Circles will be part of the hour.
12:00pm – 1:00pm: Head back to the Challenger Café where a hot lunch is served.
1:00pm – 2:30pm: Physical Activity Hour - Campers will enjoy Free Play on the playgrounds and sport fields (weather permitting). An inside movie or game will take the place of outside play during inclement weather.
2:30pm – 4:30pm: TechLabs: (Weekly Themes) Return to the labs. Let’s create! Let’s Innovate!
4:30pm – 5:00pm: Snack, Pack, Goodbye! Wrap-up your projects for the day; afternoon snack is served.
